Directions

Position the bar where you need support—under the hips, knees, neck, or simply as a spreader bar.

Attach the included cuffs using the snap clips or connect your preferred cuffs/rope/ties to any of the four D-rings.

Adjust positioning to widen or narrow restraint based on comfort and desired intensity.

Use it as a positioning enhancer by placing it beneath the hips for a deeper angle or under the knees for additional lift.

After use, unzip the cover and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Allow to air dry before storing.
