I'm not satisfied until you are! I stand behind our products with a 30-day return policy. All returns must be unopened, unused, etc. Store credit will be given in exchange for returned items. 

WARRANTY

I offer a 1 year warranty on products for any manufacturing defects or material issues that may impact the products functionality. This one year warranty is valid from the date of the original purchase. 

This warranty does not covers cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.

Items offered at blowout pricing or final sale are sold as is and are not eligible for warranty. 

REFUNDS (ALL OTHER ITEMS)

Due to the intimate nature of the Pure Romance product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
